Rockefeller Continues Adding Teams

Rockefeller Global Family Office has added two teams in Chicago, coming hard on the heels of other team recruitments in the US.

The firm, headquartered in New York, said it has added Rathi Wealth Partners and Singh Wealth Partners. As a result, Rockefeller Global Family Office – part of Rockefeller Capital Partners – has 10 teams in the greater Chicago area. 

Both teams were previously with Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management.

Rathi Wealth Partners is led by private advisor and managing director Raj Rathi. It includes private advisor and vice president Dean Turner, senior client associate, VP Stacey Specht, wealth manager, VP John Clayton Bowers, and senior client associate and associate vice president Patrick Gawne. They serve high net worth and ultra-HNW clients.

Singh Wealth Partners, which is led by private advisor and MD Kanwar Singh, includes PA and senior VP Steve Coleman, senior investment associate and senior VP Chandra Federle, senior client relationship manager and VP Krishna Vege, and senior client associate and associate VP Savannah Neal. This team also works with HNW and UHNW clients.

The teams will report to Brett Thelander, Northern divisional director of Rockefeller Global Family Office.

Chase Newman Riordan Wealth Partners, as reported earlier in April, is joining RGFO; it is the first private advisor team to be headquartered in Florham Park, New Jersey. 

Rockefeller’s family office business has brought in a number of teams across the US. In February, for example, it added Meyer DeMartini Wealth Partners, based in San Francisco. The group used to work at Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management. In January, Rockefeller Global Family Office added two private advisor teams – Heritage Wealth Partners of Houston, Texas, and Venetos Wealth Partners of New York. In July, the group added Titus Wealth Partners, adding to its presence in Boston, Massachusetts. 

As of January 31, the firm was responsible for $154 billion in client assets across its three businesses, Rockefeller Global Family Office, Rockefeller Asset Management, and Rockefeller Global Investment Banking.
